These Terms of Sale (conditions générales de vente, “CGV”) apply to any order placed on the bhali.fr website from October 19, 2026. They replace the terms applicable since March 20, 2024.
Article 1. Seller
The products sold on bhali.fr are sold by KOSMOFY, an SAS with share capital of €500, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 987 838 331, with its registered office at 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris (hereinafter “the Seller”).

- Phone: +33 4 23 16 18 00 (standard-rate call)
- WhatsApp: +33 6 51 03 31 25
- TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code; small-business VAT exemption).
The Bhali trademark belongs to TRICODPO, SAS (SIREN 984 454 330, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris), which has granted KOSMOFY a license authorizing it to use the trademark and to sell the products under this trademark.
Article 2. Definitions
- Customer: any natural or legal person who places an order on the Site. The “Consumer” is the natural person who acts for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity.
- Products: the goods offered for sale on the Site.
- Site: the website accessible at bhali.fr.
Article 3. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the sales of Products concluded on the Site between the Seller and the Customer. They prevail over any other document, unless the Seller has given its specific written agreement (for example, a quote sent to a business customer).
The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale before confirming their order. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the date of the order. They remain accessible at any time on the Site and can be saved or printed.
To place an order, the Customer must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, or act with the authorization of their legal representative.
Article 4. Products
The Products are pre-measured laundry detergent sheets, offered in several scents and in several sizes (packs). Their essential characteristics, price and availability are shown on each Product’s page.
Laundry detergent sheets are classified mixtures within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (known as “CLP”). The labeling elements (hazard pictogram, signal word, hazard statements and precautionary statements) are displayed on each product page before purchase, and the safety data sheet (SDS) can be downloaded from each product page. The Customer undertakes to follow the instructions for use and the precautions for use shown on the packaging, in particular to keep the Products out of reach of children.
The photographs and illustrations of the Products are as accurate as possible. However, the rendering of colors may vary depending on the screen used; the Seller cannot be held liable for these variations.
Article 5. Ordering
5.1. Order steps
- The Customer selects one or more Products and adds them to their cart.
- They check the contents of their cart (type, quantity, unit price and total price) and can modify it.
- They place the order with or without creating a customer account, and enter their contact details.
- They choose their shipping option from those offered for their country of delivery (Article 8). For pickup point delivery, the pickup point is chosen before payment. The amount of the shipping costs is displayed before payment.
- They check the order summary and the total price, then confirm the order with an obligation to pay and proceed to payment.
5.2. Confirmation
The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. The Seller then sends the Customer, by email, an order confirmation setting out its essential elements. The Customer can also track their order from their account or from the “Track my order” page.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, suspected fraud, or an order that is abnormal in view of a consumer’s needs.
5.3. Archiving
The Seller archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium. For any order of €120 or more, all taxes included, the contract is kept for ten years from delivery; the Customer can access it upon request at contact@bhali.fr.
Article 6. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.
Prices are shown and invoiced in euros, regardless of the country of delivery and the language in which the Site is viewed. When the Customer’s payment method is held in another currency, the conversion is made by the institution that issued it, which may charge its own fees.
For deliveries to the United States, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are included neither in the price of the Products nor in the shipping costs; they are paid by the recipient (Article 8.7).
Article 7. Payment
Payment is made online, when the order is placed, by credit or debit card (and, where applicable, by the other payment methods offered in the payment module) through our secure payment provider Stripe. The Customer’s account is charged when the order is confirmed.
Card data is entered and processed directly by Stripe, in a secure environment (encryption, 3-D Secure strong authentication where applicable). The Seller never has access to card numbers and does not store them.
An invoice is made available to the Customer electronically; the Customer agrees to receive it in this form.
The Products remain the property of the Seller until their price has been paid in full.
Article 8. Shipping
8.1. Delivery area
The Products are delivered to the following countries:
- mainland France, including Corsica;
- the 26 other member states of the European Union;
- the United States.
No other destination is served. Outside France, only home delivery is offered. When offered on the Site, subscriptions and bulk orders are available for deliveries in France only.
8.2. Shipping options, delivery times and costs
Destination | Shipping option | Estimated delivery time | Shipping costs |
|---|---|---|---|
France | Mondial Relay pickup point (point chosen before payment) | 4 to 5 days | Free all year round, with no minimum purchase |
France | Home delivery, 48-hour express (Colissimo or Chronopost) | 48 hours | €6.90; free on orders of €60 or more |
European Union (26 other member states) | Home delivery | 5 to 8 business days | €10.00 per order; free on orders of €100 or more |
United States | Home delivery | 7 to 12 business days | €29.00 per order, regardless of the order amount; any import duties and taxes are extra and paid by the recipient |
Delivery times run from payment confirmation. They are estimates. The free-shipping thresholds (€60 for home delivery in France, €100 in the European Union) are based on the amount of the Products in the order, excluding shipping costs. Shipping to the United States is never free.
In any event, the Seller delivers the Products no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract (Article L. 216-1 of the Code de la consommation, the French Consumer Code).
8.3. Pickup point collection
The Customer is notified when their parcel arrives at the chosen pickup point. They have the collection period stated by Mondial Relay in its availability notice to collect it, upon presentation of an ID and/or the pickup code. A parcel not collected within this period is returned to the Seller; the Customer is then contacted to arrange a new shipment, at their expense, or a refund of the Products.
8.4. Late delivery
If the delivery date or period is exceeded, the Consumer may, after having ordered the Seller to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period, and if delivery does not take place within that period, terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by a written statement on another durable medium (Articles L. 216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The amounts paid are then refunded no later than fourteen days after the termination.
8.5. Damaged, incomplete or lost parcel
The Customer is asked to check the condition of the parcel on delivery or collection and, in the event of any anomaly (parcel opened, damaged, incomplete), to state specific reservations to the carrier or the pickup point, then to notify customer service as soon as possible, with photos if possible. The Seller then arranges a new shipment or a refund of the Products concerned.
8.6. Transfer of risk
For the Consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the Products is transferred when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier offered by the Seller, take physical possession of the Products (Article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code).
8.7. Import duties and taxes (United States)
Products delivered to the United States are shipped from France. Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees required by the US customs authorities, or by the carrier on their behalf, are not collected by the Seller and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Their amount depends on the US regulations in force; the Customer is advised to check before ordering. If the parcel is refused or these amounts are not paid, the parcel is returned to the Seller; the Customer is then contacted to arrange a new shipment, at their expense, or a refund of the Products.
Article 9. Right of withdrawal
9.1. Period
The Consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for their decision or bear any costs other than those provided for below. This period runs from receipt of the Products by the Customer or by a third party designated by them, other than the carrier. For an order of several Products delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last Product. When the period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
9.2. Exercise
To exercise this right, the Customer notifies the Seller of their decision before the period expires, by an unambiguous statement, by email to contact@bhali.fr or by mail to KOSMOFY, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris. They may use the withdrawal form in the appendix, but this is not mandatory. The Seller acknowledges receipt of the withdrawal by email and gives the Customer the return address.
9.3. Return of the Products
The Customer sends the Products back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after communicating their decision. The direct costs of returning the Products are paid by the Customer, including when the Products are returned from a country other than France; these costs may be higher for a return from abroad, especially from the United States. The Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
9.4. Refund
The Seller refunds all amounts paid, including the initial shipping costs, no later than fourteen days after the date on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw. It may withhold the refund until it has received the Products back or until the Customer has supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The Seller is not required to refund the additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive shipping option than the standard shipping option offered (in France, free pickup point delivery). Outside France, since home delivery is the only option offered, its cost is refunded. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method, and at no cost to them.
Any customs duties and import taxes paid by the Customer to the authorities of the country of destination are not collected by the Seller and cannot be refunded by it; the Customer may check with those authorities about possible refunds.
9.5. Exception
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Article 10. Legal guarantees
All Products benefit, whoever the Customer is, from the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Code civil, the French Civil Code) and, for the Consumer, from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). These guarantees apply free of charge for the Consumer.
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity entails the right to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the consumer’s request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to the consumer.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while keeping the goods, or end the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for returning the goods, if: the professional refuses to repair or replace the goods; the repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days; the repair or replacement of the goods causes major inconvenience to the consumer; or the lack of conformity of the goods persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract. In that case, the consumer is not required to request the repair or replacement of the goods first. The consumer is not entitled to termination of the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are out of use for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the repaired goods are delivered. The rights mentioned above result from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs in bad faith the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to up to 10% of average annual revenue (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This warranty entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund in exchange for returning the goods.
To invoke a guarantee, the Customer contacts customer service at contact@bhali.fr, stating their order number and the problem found (with photos if possible). The Seller tells them how to proceed; return shipping costs are paid by the Seller under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 11. Customer service and complaints
Customer service can be reached by email at contact@bhali.fr, by phone at +33 4 23 16 18 00 (standard-rate call), by WhatsApp at +33 6 51 03 31 25, or by mail at KOSMOFY, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris. Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Seller endeavors to reply within 48 business hours.
Article 12. Liability
The Seller is liable by operation of law to the Consumer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the contract. However, it may be released from all or part of its liability by proving that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable either to the Customer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Products that does not comply with their instructions for use and the precautions for use shown on the packaging and in the safety data sheet. Nor is it responsible for the content of third-party websites to which the Site links through hyperlinks.
Article 13. Personal data
The personal data collected when an order is placed is processed by KOSMOFY, as controller, to manage the order, delivery, payment, invoicing and customer relations. Details of the processing, the recipients and your rights are given in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.
Article 14. Intellectual property
The content of the Site (text, images, logos, videos, graphics) is protected by intellectual property law. The Bhali trademark is the property of TRICODPO. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
Article 15. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a difficulty, the Customer first sends a written complaint to customer service, under the responsibility of Mr. Oualid Bensalem, at contact@bhali.fr, in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer may then use a consumer mediator free of charge. The Seller is a member of the following mediation service: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net. The mediator can be contacted online through its website or by mail. A matter may be referred to the mediator only after a prior written complaint has been sent to the Seller without a satisfactory solution, and no later than one year after that complaint.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. This choice cannot deprive a Consumer who resides in another country of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, known as “Rome I”). Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law; the Consumer may bring the matter before the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred.
Article 16. Miscellaneous provisions
- Telephone marketing: the Customer can sign up free of charge for Bloctel, the French telephone opt-out list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).
- Language: these Terms of Sale are written in French. Translations into English, Italian, German and Spanish are provided to make them easier to read; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
- Partial invalidity: if any clause of these Terms of Sale were declared void, the other clauses would remain applicable.
- No waiver: the Seller’s failure to rely on a clause does not constitute a waiver of the right to rely on it at a later date.
- Unfair terms: these Terms of Sale apply subject to the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code on unfair terms.
- Amendment: the Seller may amend these Terms of Sale at any time; the applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the date of the order.
