This page explains which cookies and trackers are used on bhali.fr, what they are for and how to change your choice at any time. The website is published by KOSMOFY, SAS, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris (contact@bhali.fr).
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. Other technologies work the same way, such as the browser’s local storage (“localStorage”). On this page, we call all of them “cookies.”
In short
- Today, bhali.fr uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to work. They do not require your consent.
- We do not use any audience measurement or advertising tools at this time.
- If we add any, they will be activated only after you agree, through our cookie banner.
- The fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to Google to display them.

On the payment page, the pickup point selection map is provided by Mondial Relay: displaying it loads resources from Mondial Relay’s servers and open-source libraries (jQuery, Leaflet) served by third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address in the process. To our knowledge, no cookie is set by these resources.
The WhatsApp button is a simple link: nothing is loaded from WhatsApp unless you click on it.
Categories that could be added
Our cookie banner provides for two optional categories, disabled by default:
- Audience measurement: count visits, see which pages are viewed and improve the website (for example, Google Analytics 4).
- Marketing: measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you Bhali offers on other websites and social networks (for example, the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram).
Before any of these tools is added, this page will be updated with the names of the cookies, who sets them and their duration. Their lifetime will not exceed 13 months, and the information collected will not be kept for more than 25 months, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
How to give or change your choice
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, refuse all (as easily as accepting) or customize your choice category by category. Until you have made a choice, no optional cookie is set.
Your choice is kept for 6 months. After that period, or if we change the categories offered, we will ask you again.
You can change your mind at any time, as easily as you gave your consent, using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, the optional cookies concerned are deleted.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). Please note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, some features of the website, such as the cart or signing in to your account, will no longer work.
